FAQ
Is this a real letter from Santa?
It is a personalized story letter written for your child using the details you provide. Many families use it as a fun holiday tradition alongside other Santa magic at home.
Can I print the letter at home?
Yes. After you unlock the full letter, use Print or Save as PDF from your browser. We format the stationery for US Letter paper (8.5×11 inches).
Do you promise specific gifts?
No. Santa’s letter encourages kindness and good effort without guaranteeing particular presents—just like classic Santa stories.
How many free previews can I make?
You can generate and preview up to three letters per day from the same connection. This helps us keep the tool available for everyone during the busy season.
What is your refund policy?
If your unlocked letter is not usable, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Reply to any email we send you from North Pole Note.
