By using North Pole Note you agree to these terms. The service creates personalized fictional Santa letters for family use.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, hateful, or sexual content. We may refuse generation that violates these rules.

Payments

Prices are shown before checkout. When card and PayPal checkout launch, charges will be one-time for the plan you select.

Refunds

If your unlocked letter is not usable, request a full refund within 14 days by replying to any email we send you.

Letters are storytelling products, not official mail from Santa or any government/postal service. Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond applicable law.
