Printable Letter from Santa

You do not need a fancy printer—just a little paper care and the print stylesheet built into North Pole Note stationery.

Paper

Cream cardstock (24–32 lb) feels wonderful in small hands. Plain copy paper works; choose the best quality setting and let inkjet prints dry for a minute so the red seal does not smudge.

Margins & PDF

Use US Letter (8.5×11 inches), portrait, 100% scale. Open Print Preview before printing. To save a PDF on Mac, choose Print → PDF → Save; on Windows, select Microsoft Print to PDF.

Envelopes

#10 envelopes fit a tri-fold letter. For a flat sheet, try 6×9 mailers. After unlocking, use the envelope print button to add your child’s name and “Special Delivery from the North Pole.”

Timing

Print the night before you plan to deliver so ink is fully set. Store flat in a book so the wax seal illustration stays crisp.

Color and ink

Our stationery uses pine green borders and a cranberry wax seal. On a color printer, those accents pop on cream paper. On monochrome printers, the design still reads as formal letterhead—avoid ultra-light eco fonts that fade.

Kid-proof delivery

Little hands may crumple paper; print a backup copy and store it flat in a cookbook or file folder. If you use glitter or stickers, add them after printing so they do not clog the printer.

Accessibility

If your child uses large print, increase browser zoom before printing, or paste the unlocked text into a word processor at 14–16 pt. The "Copy text" button on the unlocked view makes that easy.

How do I save a PDF?

Will ink smudge?

Let inkjet prints dry for a few minutes. Laser prints are usually ready immediately.
